Delivery and Returns Policy

▶ UK Customers

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. If your order has not been dispatched in this timescale, please contact us.

For UK customers only, we accept returns for exchanges or refunds. Returns are to be sent by the customer and must be made within 21 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned brand new with no wear or damage to the product.  To make a return, please print and complete the returns form using the link below.


▶ International Customers 

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. If your order has not been dispatched in this timescale, please contact us. For all orders outside the UK, tax and customs charges may apply which are to be paid by the customer. 

For international orders, we accept returns for refunds only. We cannot accept exchanges for international orders. Returns are to be sent by the customer and must be made within 21 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned brand new with no wear or damage to the product. If you would like to make a return, please print and complete the returns form using the link below.

▶ Sale Items
We cannot provide refund on sale items, however we will offer exchanges or store credit.

▶ Returns Turnaround
We aim to process all exchanges/refunds within 3 working days of receiving your returned goods. Products must be returned brand new with no wear or damage to the product.

Returns Checklist
Please ensure that you meet the following criteria to return items back to us:

1. Your order is within the returns window (21 days from delivery date)
2. You have filled the returns form and included this with your parcel.
3. The item is in original, un-washed, un-worn, un-altered condition.
4. The item has tags attached and is in original packaging.
